The site does not collect personal data automatically, nor does it use tracking cookies.

The only personal data processed are those the user voluntarily provides (name, email, message) through the contact channels listed on the Contact page (email, WhatsApp, phone). Such data are processed solely to respond to the user's request (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

No profiling is carried out, and data are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

All typefaces used on this site (Fraunces Variable, Inter Variable, Great Vibes) are served from our own servers. No request is made to Google Fonts or any third-party CDN. No data (including IP addresses) is transmitted to third parties as a result of loading the page.

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or analytics cookies.

The only form of browser storage used is a single localStorage key named «sgh-lang», which saves the language preference chosen by the user. It contains no personal data, is not accessible by external servers and is never transmitted to any third party. It can be deleted at any time from your browser settings.

If an analytics system is adopted in the future, we will use a cookieless service (e.g. Fathom, Plausible or equivalent) that does not use cookies, does not transmit identifiable personal data and does not require a consent banner. This policy will be updated accordingly.

The Contact page embeds a Google Map that loads automatically when the page opens. As a result, your browser connects to Google LLC's servers, which may collect browsing data (including your IP address); Google's privacy policy and Google Maps Platform's terms apply.

Data sent via contact channels are retained only as long as necessary to handle the request and, where a contract is concluded, for the applicable legal retention periods (generally 10 years for accounting and tax purposes).
