Over the past decade the quarter between Pigneto and Tor Pignattara has become a genuine open-air museum of Roman street art: murals, independent galleries, bars and one of the most authentic food scenes in the city. The Mausoleum of Saint Helena and Santa Maria Ausiliatrice are a short walk away too.

From the front door, the centre is minutes away by bus, tram and metro. Here are the main connections, at a glance.

  • Malatesta metro (Line C)Under a 10-minute walk; a fast link to the rest of the network.
  • Tiburtina stationBus 409 in about 8 minutes; high-speed and regional trains.
  • Roma TerminiThe tram runs direct to Filarete in about 8 minutes, then a short walk.

By car: the property is not in a restricted-traffic zone (ZTL) and is freely reachable. On-site parking ~300 m away, by advance booking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Reception is open 10:30–19:00 and staff are reachable 24 hours a day. For arrivals outside those hours, just contact us in advance and we’ll arrange your entry together.
Is the bathroom private or shared?
The Suite Deluxe, Deluxe and Standard rooms have a private en-suite bathroom. The Economy room has a private bathroom just outside the room, for the exclusive use of its guests.
Is there air conditioning and heating?
Yes. Every room is soundproofed and has both air conditioning and heating, which you can adjust yourself.
Is the Wi-Fi free? What about the other services?
Yes: unlimited Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, safe and hairdryer are free in every room. Luggage storage is free; a small bar, parking and pets are available for a fee.
How do I get here from the station or airport?
From Termini the tram reaches Filarete in about 8 minutes; bus 105 and the tram pass right outside, and Malatesta metro is under a 10-minute walk. From the airports, head first to Termini or Tiburtina.
Can I arrive by car? Is there parking?
The property is not in a restricted-traffic zone (ZTL): you can drive there without restrictions. On-site parking is available about 300 metres away, by advance booking.
